Eai pessoal. Então, eu comprei um xbox one s na semana passada e notei logo na primeira vez que joguei nele, um barulho estranho parecido com um barulho de grilo, ou melhor dizendo parece que as hélices do cooler fica raspando em algo. Antes quando eu deixava
o console na sala, o barulho já era audível mesmo estando longe dele, mas agora que coloquei o console no meu quarto e por ele não ter muito espaço então eu acabo jogando praticamente do lado do vídeo game, ai que esse barulho fica extremamente irritante.
Perguntei para o dono da loja onde comprei o console e ele disse que era normal, mas preferi perguntar aqui também para ter certeza se é ou não é normal esse barulho. E então seria isso um defeito ou ele é assim mesmo? Desde já agradeço.

Olá, esse barulho se for somente do cooler é normal, e por vários fatores, local onde está, como é o ar em volta do console ou se ele está muito quente, é normal acontecer o barulho mais alto do cooler quanto inicia algum outro jogo... ou quando fica muito
tempo com o console ligado...

Se o som estiver de outra forma como se estivesse raspando em algo, ou algum outro som estranho, pode ser algum defeito interno, nesse caso é necessário acionar a garantia.

Overheating is usually due to the console being placed somewhere with not enough ventilation around it. It needs space to "breathe".
