mine, my husbands and my young sons accounts have all been locked from being joined to a family group together. also my sons account has for some reason been put into the UK region instead of Aus. mine and my husbands accounts are in Aus. because of these issues we are unable to provide consent for our son to play his games nor change his region or age I have spoken to multiple support reps on chat and had the case escalated to higher support.

I was promised a phone call within 72hours. then promised a phone call within 2 hours, then another phone call within one hour. I have not received any phone calls and every time I chat to anyone on the online help section i have to reexplain the same thing over and over even though i send all the info and reference numbers. i am going in circles every time i open a chat and am being constantly lied to and told im being passed onto another team or someone that will help, wait for this email or phone call but i dont receive anything.

i have received no help in my case and think that there should be someone with authority to create access for our accounts to be a family account, which they have been previously or a way to alter my sons age or region so that he is not restricted in playing games. we have been trying to fix this for well over a week now and i know i am not the only person with these issues and those people dont seem to be getting any resolution either.

what do i change on adult accounts? adult ones are set to aus and have phone number and email, i have tried changing the adult ones to UK to match child one but still unable to create family groups

we have created 3x new microsoft accounts, all adult ones, with the new account we can send the invite to mine, my husbands and my sons accounts but when we go to accept the invite on our proper accounts we get the error and when i go on any of our 3 accounts and try and invite each other or the new accounts we get the error. mine and my husbands are set to australia and have our ages correct as adults, my sons is set to UK for some reason and has his age as 11yrs old. but a week ago we had me and husbands accounts set as organisers and our sons as a child account but now cant do any of them at all in any family group.
