    today i was banned. it humors me because you dont allow any sort of contact information to the ban team because, i assume, you are afraid of people angry ranting to you, smart. However, you don't allow any reference to what they did just behavior or something
    like that there is zero knowledge on what happened on the receiving end. I know I talk smack to people but when i see myself banned for being upset and talking *** to someone and i get banned that irritates me because these people that I talk back to are intentional
    feeders, cheaters, leaving early to cause constant loss in games where you do not get a new teammate, the all around scum trying to ruin everyone else's experience and the person who is being harassed gets banned. Just in bad taste on your part and i truly
    can't understand what compels you all to be so black and white pretending you review the whole story when infact it is the words exchanged after the conflict is initiated. sincerely another dissatisfied customer.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    i got banned for 2 weeks for "encouraging someone to kill himself" i tried to explain this in a case review, it said i could have 500 words to explain mysel yet it gave me less than 120, when all i did was asking/saying to someone to go kill himself in a
    game called rainbow six when it was a 1v5 and we all wanted to play... i said other stuff to different ppl but for this i get banned? LMFAO, nice way to ruin someones experience, time to look. for a ps4 i guess...... you give us customers no choice since 60%
    of all the incidents are banned for nothing, in the end they'll be like: its just a prank bro.... yeah right.

    Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    Banned players have limited access to the game based on the terms of their ban. Bans for hacking or using a modified console blocks access to all online features of the game. These types of bans are always permanent.

    Currently there is no appeal process for bans. To keep your online gameplay privileges in good standing, it’s best to immediately cease any unsociable behavior and wait out the ban.

    How long will this ban last?

    The length of bans vary on the type and number of offenses. This can be seen in the ban message that appears in game.

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    Why have i been banned for checking on my other accounts that i haven’t used in awhile??

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.
