Bans are Jokes honestly

I get a communication for harassment online on this account and my other account when I'm the one being harassed online I'm just defending my self. Xbox live is a Joke no wonder why they lose players to the PC and PS4. With my other account I don't sign
it for about 1 or 2 months and get a ban but I wast even online for all that time I was ether out with friends or family or on PC and come back to see what my Xbox friends But I have ban for not being online (Nothing). XBL Is ridiculous.

Reply to this if anyone has had that happen to then and what do you think of the Xbox live banning system pushing people away from Xbox?

honestly not sure what’s more of a joke. The people reporting you or the big bad “enforcement team” who bans you for “bad words”. The world we live in today is a joke. Don’t offend anyone! Wouldn’t want to do that!

You get banned for being insulted or going out with friends and family in the real world in a nutshell how ridiculous does that actually sound. Know right dumb well it's a shame Xbox thinks it's clever. At the end of the day Microsoft are
only in it for the money not ther players unlike Sony (PSN) and Valve (Steam). What I can't get my head around is that fact that you basically pay Microsoft to play games then get forced to play on a different platform I tell you something witching to PC was
the best thing todo.
