    Bonjour, j'aimerais vous expliquer ma situation. Aujourd'hui, j'ai vu que quelqu'un est entré sur mon compte. J'ai changé mon mot de passe, mais il était trop **** et il a fait bannir mon compte en envoyant des messages vulgaires n'importe qui. J'aimerais
    que vous me débanissiez, car je n'ai rien de mal et maintenant je ne peux pas jouer en ligne.

    en revanche les bannissement sans raison sont peu probable...

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
