    Hello, I wrote this post because my account was banned without any reason, I contacted the Microsoft service that said I should not be banned. I think it's not serious to ban fair-play players so that every day when I play I see players who deserve it more
    than me.

    You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Bonjour, ce matin j'ai reçu un mail comme quoi j'ai été banni de mon compte Xbox Live Gold pour des raisons que je n'ai pas commise.

    J'aimerais comprendre pourquoi j'ai été banni et pour quels raisons. Juste pour préciser, c'est la première fois que je paye le Xbox Live pour pouvoir jouer a Fortnite avec des amis.
