    Bannissement de communications


    Bonjour,

    Mon fils ayant le problème, ne peut plus envoyer de messages.

    J'ai vérifié son compte, et modifié les informations de sécurité de son compte.

    Il n'a pas non-plus une mauvaise réputation, et nous n'avons pas non-plus reçu de message ni sur mon téléphone, ni sur nos E-Mail respectifs.

    Merci de bien vouloir rétablir la situation, et surtout nous expliquer les raisons de ce bannissement de message.

    Il semblerait aussi qu'il rencontre des difficultés se connecter en ligne sur des jeux multijoueurs achetés sur le Live Gold et sur EA Access.

    Bonjour, un bannissement est définitif. Si tu veux les raisons de ce bannissement tu peux poster ici : forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    Normalement un mail a été envoyé ton adresse de contact.

    bonjour.

    j'ai étais banni du xbox live mais voilas que apés un mois de bannissement il reste toujours le probléme du chatte

    car je peux jouer en multijoueur avec mes amis mais je ne peux pas leur parler via les groupe et ni envoyer des message.

    J'aimerais savoir pourquoi je suis encor banni et comment je peut jouer en multijoueur si je suis banni du chatte.

    J'aimerais savoir si il y aurais possibilité de retirer le bannissement et si cella et impossible pour combien de temps me reste-il de bannissement?

    Bonjour , non les dates de bannissement de mon compte principal sont finis depuis 27 juillet , donc je ne comprends pas pourquoi je ne peux pas parler et envoyer de message avec ma console
