Bonjour,

J'ai depuis 2 jours presque, remarqué les maifaits de mon fils sur la console. En effet, c'est un joueur régulier sur cette plate-forme sur le jeu fortnite battle royal. L'erreur qu'il a commise est simple : il s'est permis d'envoyer un message grossier
un autre joueur qui l'a tué pendant sa partie. Il est donc actuellement privé de console jusqu'au mois prochain mais le problème plus important est le suivant :

Le joueur en question as du signaler le message et du coup les service de xbox enforcement ont saisis une sanction sur le compte ( Chose tout fait logique) sauf que je compte en question est le mien et que du coup je ne peut plus chatter avec mes amis
en groupe, envoyer de message ou vocal "in-game" .. Je ne lui ai pas créé de compte personnel dans le simple but de pouvoir contrôler ses faits et gestes . Malheureusement cela me retombe dessus.. Est il possible, de part votre bonne fois, de lever cette sanction
svp? Je veillerai bien évidement ce que cela ne se reproduise plus. Merci de votre compréhension

Alors la sanction est de 14 j, la raison, je vous l'ai communiquée dans mon premier message. Grossièretés envoyées par message un autre joueur. Je n'ai encore jamais demandé d'examun de cas car le site me revoie l'accueil avec un message d'erreur

Just out of curiosity I do have to ask how long the suspension / ban is for?. I do apologize that the case review is not working for you. But there must be a reason so was wondering if it was due to it being under a week or if you have already asked for
a case review prior?. Due to each case is limited to one case review each.

You should check the possibility to lift the ban at enforcement.xbox.com

However generally you need to take the ban as it has been placed when the system finds a breach against the rules.
