Banning???

This whole suspending/banning people system of MS is messed up. You can basically get your friends together and you all report 1 person for something and they will get suspended/banned automatically.

I always play by myself and yes i encounter enough people that teamkill and ruin the game for me and others and YES I am a person who stands up for himself and calls the people out, but thanks to simple system MS has when it comes to suspending/banning players
I will always get outnumbered and will be the victim of they're bs. This is ****. This makes me wanna quit X1. We play online, there are emotions while gaming, for christ sake. It is impossible to not react or send something to someone when they've done you
wrong. This is childish as hell. I want help lifting my ban up because i can't play any multiplayers/communicate in anyway for as long as god knows when!!!! This system is totally unfair in every single way when you're a casual lonewolf gamer vs a team of
friends ganging up on you. UNFAIR.

They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

 

Thanks for your reply. However the case review option doesn't work for me and just reloads the page for me.

And whats the use of checking my account if they can't even take any actions?

This system has so many wrongs and flaws on so many levels. This is beyond a code of conduct. This is console where people play videogames. This is a place where emotions come to play.

This is bs system that suspends/bans people on a number based system. 'x amount of reports? suspend/ban this user.' Is it just me or does this sound really easy to manipulate?

This system is crooked and does not work for a 'safe' online community.

Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions

It is quite fair your just have to use common sense

One just like real life you must follow the rules

You cannot retailiate in anyway that violates the terms of use

It doesn't matter who started the fight you are accountable for your own actions

As the others mentioned they don't ban you for nothing

And based on your own post they did ban you for the correct reason

For violating the terms of use

A fight doesn't make you immune to the rules

Your best option is to block mute and report

 

IIf you want to avoid future bans change your behaviour

You may not violates the terms of use in retailiation

Multiple violations will end badly for you on any console

I wish I could believe that, but thats just unrealistic since there are so many reports each day, thousands perhaps even more. It wouldn't be smart and efficient to manually check each and every report at an 'x' amount of reports. For a company as big as
ms it's way easier that you'd get a ban/suspension after an x amount of reports automatically then to pay for enforcement employees to work around the clock to each one of them. I've seen multiple complains about this kind of system and it should be adjusted.

And as far as the enforcement page goes. It doesn't work at all. If i want to apply for review it just brings me back to the main page of enforcement and doesn't let me continue, pretty frustrating as you can imagine.

 

Yeah, i've seen your comments on other posts and you basically give everybody the same answer to they're questions.

You think it's pretty simple to just keep your lips closed and don't reply to anybody.

That's not how society works. People stand up for them selfs and there should be room for that to be done.

When someone says 'f you' i'm allowed to 'f you too' without taking the risk to get banned. When someone teamkills me i can tell them they're bad at the game without taking any risks.

I'm playing a game that's rated 18+ everybody on that game is an adult. Adults should be capable of dealing with cursing each other out in a trashtalkish way.

 

Change my behaviour? who are you? a psychiatrist?

I've playing XBL for over at least 9 years now and never changed my behaviour online. The only thing changed is that I stopped talking online to people.

So as a matter of fact my behaviour shouldn't be a problem all of sudden. What is this? a childrens playground or something?
