Banning

I received a message saying (The account "sedativerainbow" was issued a 2-week suspension for engaging in cheating. The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to: - Attempts to acquire modifications or hacks. - Intentionally
playing with someone who is using unauthorized software or methods.)

My cousin was playing this when it was banned and he said there was a guy modding and that he wasn't so I don't know why I was suspended. But now after the 2 weeks I have a new gamer-tag () with 0 achievements and all my friends gone plus I
was knocked down to a free membership. I talked to a customer service rep and they said that this was a permanent ban. Why would I be suspended for this when I wasn't personally modding on my account? I can understand the 2 weeks for him intentionally playing
with the guy but a permanent ban and taking a membership that I paid $60 for? I want my account back. It said 2 week suspension and I waited two weeks and spent hours talking to 5 different CSRs who all said that after the 2 weeks everything would be normal
that it was only a "2 WEEK" suspension. I've had that account for 6 years and never had any complaints at all and because of my cousin playing with someone who was cheating I lose everything and you take something I paid $60 for? That just doesn't seem right
at all. Hopefully this was a mistake that can be resolved. Thanks

I agree.If you Tamper with your HDD and do things that werent ment to be done.Then yes you should be Banned.Why is it so HARD for people to play by the rules?

I report them ALL....Its so annoying and the tags are HUGE...........I thought it was a prestige thing and was about to rage complaign but I see its an exploit and not supposed to be part of the game.

Is your 2 week suspension due to end today? If so, you would have to wait until the exact time you were suspended for the suspension to lift, for example, if you were banned at 11:47pm, then you would have to wait until 11:47pm on the last day of your suspension,
before it is lifted.

If however you are truly permanently banned from Xbox LIVE then there is little you can do I am afraid. Any Gamerscore, remaining Gold Membership ect... goes down with the account as part of the punishment. Your best bet would be to post a thread in the
below forum section. That is the only place that the Policy Enforcement Team dwell and they are much better equipped to deal with your issue.

as above you have to post in the suspension ban forum linked above. they do not ban accounts without 100% proof they do not ban it for nothing.
