    Really Microsoft... is this really how you run your enforcement system? You let someone report a "inappropriate gamerpic" and then ban it without even looking at it or even asking questions about the picture. I was banned and had my pic removed because I
    had a confederate flag on here? How is this inappropriate? Its funny because everytime I report someone for abusing their mic or having unsporting behavior nothing ever happens because you don't actually look at it! Fix this ban now! It's not right to ban
    someone's flag just because one person found it "offensive"

    Please remove

    I've been told that the only option is to flag your own post. However, moderators will typically not remove it unless it violates the guidelines because, they save your post indefinitely for bannings and coachings. Yeah pretty crazy right?

    Why does Xbox ban the Confederate flag profile picture?

    Im not really sure why Xbox live is so intent on banning my Confederate flag profile picture. I strongly support southern heritage and it's kind of annoying that they'll ban something like this. They're basically telling a lot of people with Southern Heritage
    that they can't express themselves just because a couple of people think the the flag is a symbol of racism.

    Sorry to hear it. However, the PET do not use these forums. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see the reason and open a case review with them.

    Microsoft banning any flag should mean all flags are bannable, as a lot of flags around the world are offensive to other countries around the world, just Microsoft being picky.

    Consoles may be flagged for banning at a future time. Microsoft has been known to ban consoles in waves. It is a bad idea to buy a used console as one never knows if the console is flagged to be banned on the next ban wave.

    There is no list because a console may be flagged for a ban internally but not banned on the Service yet. Such a list would never be authoritative.
