Banning Question

Ok so today I go to play some BF3 Campaign on my second account, and it says I'm banned until 2014/03/14 which is today. So I check my emails and it showed the foul language in my bio! And I never put that in my bio cause I rarely use that account. So I'm
wondering if I'm hacked and someone has done this. My question is if he gets into my account again and does the same thing to get me banned will I be console banned or lifetime account banned? If it's a console im going to just delete the account. Can someone

Console Banning question

Ok, so I see that lending, transferring etc is against the rules. I like that idea actually. Play with what you have and if you don't have, do without. I've never done it so I have no idea. In case MS is reading this is want to strongly emphasize that I've
never done it.

To get a console ban for it, I bet they've had multiple stolen accounts linked to their consoles.

Your account would be banned.

Best thing is to change any passwords linked to that account.

Just to add, you can change your password through
https://account.live.com

Please remember, if your account has been banned, you will still be able to gain access onto your Microsoft account. It will just prevent you from gaining access onto your Xbox Live Account through your Xbox 360, and gain access onto Xbox Live.

if you have any doubts that your account has been compromised. Then please follow the steps on this link:

To check if your account security is set up as best as possible go to this link:
www.xbox.com/.../Account-Security

Both these links should result in you having set up security at it´s best and prevent people from accessing your account

The second link won't really answer questions about console bans. They do, however, answer questions about profile bans.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. If there is no option for a case review, then there is nothing else you can do. Investigations do take time, so your original suspension would have been for something that took place weeks
or months before the suspensions started.

I play the older cod titles and it’s rare to find a lobby without cheats and it is pointless filing complaints against them. The same cheats who were on there 5 years ago are still on there today. Even the most blatant cheats who spend hours on there every
day do not get banned.

The fact that they are so open about it and even offer you mods in messages without any action being taken tells you that xbl do not care about these games.

Xbl have gone to great lengths to prevent you getting anything done about cheats. It is a shame this effort could not have been spent banning cheats and maintaining a competitive platform to play some iconic games.
