    Banning for no reason

    Yall banned my boy NIghTBombER due to rep of avoid me. He is the nicest player in the game and just because he's better than most he plays against it gives them the right to report him over and over. All he is trying to do is get better at the game and play
    conpetively. Please fix this issue because he doesn't cheat and he doesn't even talk on mic in matches unless he's in a pre made team.

    You can have a million complaints filed against you, but you won't be banned unless you do something to violate the code of conduct.

    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

    Are their actions legal? Can an account be banned without providing any evidence? Can they arbitrarily ban any player's account, even if the player has invested a lot of money and time, without any reason?
