banning people

Microsofts reasons for banning people are a joke...if you kill some little kid in a game and he gets mad and sits there filing complaint after complaint and then you get a bunch of other little kids doing this all the time you get banned without any questions
asked...theres nobody you can talk to when you call microsoft., they tell you to go to the enforcement team that just gives an automated response with the reason being "you used vulger language,harrassment." This is BS because I dont even use game chat(always
in a party) and i dont send randoms messages bc they arent worth the time.....all in all the bans are a joke and the reasons(if they give any)....if you want someone banned sit there and file complaint after complaint without reason and it will get them banned

I don't know if MS is banning people for that but Rockstar is banning people from playing the game online.

what the enforcement team need to do is to start taking responsibilities over there actions because they are banning the wrong people there banning people for no reason they are not banning people for modding or hacking they need to sort it out

 

Sorry to hear you're upset. However, bans do not happen simply because someone files a complaint. The PET investigate every claim that is made before acting on it. If you had a ban or suspension placed on your gamertag then you would need to post in the
suspensions forums so the PET can address you.
