    just got majorly banned on Dec 25-26 and have no clue why. Cant launch any game... My reputation is high and im always a respectful gamer. BUT, my question for everyone is...

    With a reporting system that is not always accurate or players reporting people just to report, Do you think Christmas bans should continue? Or postpone them until the next day.

    Your thoughts?

    Updated: I did none of those violations on the bottom.

    Keep in mind the ban can be from something that happened a few weeks ago. Xbox enforcement investigates everything thoroughly before making a decision and that can take time

    Not everyone celebrates Xmas but we can all appreciate a civil and friendly Xbox Live. At least it's only one day.

    Hi, you will have to check at https://enforcement.xbox.com

    As far as the reporting system goes, when a report is filed against you data is grabbed and sent to the enforcement team. They then investigate using the data and issue the relevant punishment.

    Your ban may be from behavior several days ago, investigations take time. I'd recommend checking out the

    Code of Conduct     and see if anything jogs your memory. Major bans don't get handed out without supporting evidence, so while yes, there are frivolous comm bans submitted they aren't issued without some evidence.
