banning issue

Discus and support banning issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; got communication ban , then today i get online ban for harasment .... hows that possible with an active communication ban... i hate xbox worse system...     got communication ban , then today i get online ban for harasment .... hows that possible with an active communication ban... i hate xbox worse system ever wouldnt reccomend it to any one after this scene.....

    Investigations take time so your ban could be for something that happened weeks or months ago.

    As the previous post rightfully informs you can be banned for actions performed before your hiatus period.

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums so to check your suspension or if eligible for a case review: https://enforcement.xbox.com

    The first ban could be for something you did last week and the second ban could be from another time.

    I know this. I don't wanna review something that has passed already they should contact you before the ban. Shouldn't have been banned in the first place just cause there's little kids that like the report button...

    I first reported him about 3 days ago. I did it again yesterday, and he is just cruising, having fun. I feel if its been 3 days and going of being reported they would look into it. Also when they looked into my case theres no way they didnt see him
