Banning is broken

okay so I was playing ranked overwatch and this guy decided to keep leaving and joining so we had a huge disadvantage against the other team so we lost the game and obviously that's going to be really frustrating considering it's competitive so I send him
a message with one inappropriate word and boom I get banned like really I don't think that's fair what so ever. This needs to be fixed at least give us a warning 3 times before actually banning me also I got a permanent ban from this where I can't sign into
my account on any new device like really your basically just saying to buy the newest console you have to create a new account and lose all your progress and the hundreds of pounds I have spent on in games currency.

Console Bans Between August 29th and September 9

well to be honest I have 50+ arcade games on my account plus god knows how much dlc and if they plan on banning a console which in turn makes you lose all of your content they had better be 100000% damn sure that we broke the ToU before going on a console
banning rampage.

 

Xbox live account banned for no reason!!!

Yeah but even when sent trash talk and i reply with a message, what i said never broke the rules. Its just dumb that an actual person doesn't review this stuff before banning someone.

 

Here is what you don't get

A you are an ambassador which are you supposed to.have a clear record.

You are supposed to be an example to everyone

Now you are putting your ambassadorship on the line

The warning is the terms of use

You are supposed to be the example of 99.9% of live you must conduct yourself in a manner that makes everyone feel good

Cursing isn't a good manner

B you may not curse at all

As clearly stated in the terms of use

 

You are supposed to.follow.and set the example on how to follow the rules

Not discourage it

You read your ambassador handbook right?

Though you may not.be for much longer ambassadors are supposed to have clean records

 

Axtually freedom of speech doesn't exist on private networks that what you guys don't understand

A you are held accountable to the highest standards as an ambassador to uphold the rules

B guess what their network their rules

And yes that's goes to the supreme Court and has nothing to do with human rights

 

Why do you keep going out of topic

It doesn't matter do you not understand that

Private rules do apply

And freedom of expression does not trump other people's rights.

This is why you cannot say anything that angers your host in their home or you will be kicked out where is your freedom of expression?

Guess what private authority is recognized internationally

And has nothing to do with what you continue to bring up

Freedom of expression is not a private hammer that you can throw at people

Good luck telling a police officer that when someone kicks you out of home

 

Ask amenesty international about what your freedom of expression applies to on private networks and other people's rights

It will shock you

You may not impede anyones peace of mind or rights
