Banning injustice

The mods will probably remove this, but still.

I was playing Halo Reach on MCC when a player decided that it would be fun to specifically target me and spawnkill me and trash talk me in the in-game chat.

When the match was over I was obviously pissed and reported him. I also called him an ass, just like he did to me during the match. Guess who got banned...

I am seriously frustrated by this. All of a sudden my messages are deleted, I can't send messages and this guy is replying "lol" to me. Why is he allowed to get away with this and I end up getting banned? I feel let down by your system and it's unfair knowing
that this player is somewhere getting off about the fact that he can just screw me over.

Please fix this now, justice needs to be served!

If you reported the player then they will be investigated.Also remember that you won't be told the outcome of that investigation so for all you know they may have had a suspension already.

Another thing,calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums as it is against forum rules.

I understand how you feel, but answering back to someone that insults you can get you banned. Next time, just report and block him. you can try to go to
enforcement.xbox.com and see if you can apply for a case review.

Despite the urge to respond, it is best to not engage in this type of behavior. By doing so, you are subjecting yourself to potential ToS/CoC violations. I suggest using
Mute>Block>Report when encountering such players/behavior.
