Banner Saga 2 Locking up

Banner Saga 2 digital is locking up during battle whenever I switch rapidly between characters using the analog directional buttons. Please get this to the right people to get this patched asap. Becoming unplayable.

on games on gold for july banner saga is free but it wants to charge me £15.99 why please sort it out

I would suggest, trying to uninstall and then reinstall the game and see if the issue still occurs. You can complete this by going to the My Games and Apps tab on your console and locating the game and uninstalling there. Then once that is done select the
title again and reinstall it.

Check subscriptions under your account for from your profile you don't seem to have gold membership.

Had this same problem myself give it time it should show as Free with gold in time
