Banner on myVIP page will not go away; can't access the page to redeem rewards

can't get to the page; used chrome and explorer and edge. How can i get there

Can't sign into xbox live rewards

I can't sign in to xbox live rewards, The first page says "

You'll still have until June 15, 2018 23:59 UTC to claim any open MyVIP Perks on the MyRewardspage, or to redeem your MyVIP Gems for prizes in the MyVIP Vault.

GO NO" then when I click go now it goes to a page that says "join xbox live rewards" i click that and nothing happens. How do I sign up?

 

Unable to access Xbox Live rewards account / website keeps looping

Good good afternoon. I'm trying to access my Xbox Live rewards account before the program my grades to Microsoft Rewards. When I try to access the account page, there's a pop up offering me FAQ for the migration. When I close the pop-up, there's a banner
with a link to join Xbox Live Rewards. Interesting Lee, the page underneath the banner is fuzzy, but I can clearly see Point information, it's just not accessible because of the enrollment Banner. When I click join now it just brings me back to the account
page with the FAQ pop-up, and the process starts all over again. I have tried this using Microsoft Edge mobile and desktop, having cleared cookies on both. Please advise. Thank you.

 

If you're registered for the program, you should be able to sign in on the top right of the page.

Otherwise, that's what the page looks like if you've never registered for the program. Since the program is shut down it is no longer possible to sign in.

 

I have i signed in. Then i get to the page and it doesn't show i'm signed in. I've done that multiple times on multiple devices

 

That would mean you're not registered for the program.

 

No, that is untrue. I am registered. Your website's landing page for the login is broken. When clicking on the sign in the page it will not reconcile and land on the login so that I can enter my information (if I wasn't registered then I would get an error
when attempting to login, but cannot get that far). I've tried from multiple devices without success and have had others try it with the same result, no transition to the login launch page. I have 3 days now to attempt to get in and deal with my points but
this seems to be on purpose considering I cannot report the bug or contact from the help page either.

As stated in the pop-up, since Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards in your region, it is no longer possible to join the program. Since you are not a member of Xbox Live Rewards, you cannot log in to the site.
