Hello Team,

My One year Xbox live subdcription is coming to an end and i can't renew it.

I can't use my credit card and i don't understand why because it is working on Netflix.

At some time, i got a warning saying that my card is connected to too many services. That was when i subscribed to Azure for testing purposes as a developer.

I didn't find a way to cancel the card from Azure services.

I need your help, it' sbeen months since i can't buy anything on the store.

So i'm trying to renew my Xbox live subscription and I Payed my overdue Xbox live subscription and i'm like ok I can now renew it but it still says PI-BannedPayment and now i'm getting pretty annoyed I've been trying to resolve this issue forever because
I now its the Xbox not my card because it works fine can someone tell me whats happening??
