    I was banned on my account . And I was supposed to be unbanned last Tuesday at 6:55 September 5th, and I am still banned now. I've talked to the Xbox support 7 times and someone told be my account was banned till November 30th 2017. Which I
    had no notification on and when I do go to enforcement.xbox.com it says I have no active suspensions. Which is not what the guy said on the phone and I cannot play Xbox live send messages or anything like that. I cannot submit a case review. Because again
    it shows that I am not banned at all. Please help enforcement

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way
    to currently find out if an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    I've been contacting Xbox for the last 2 days and they've told me the same thing and that is file a case review but I can't do that if I don't see it. I've been banned a couple times before and I'm just wondering why there was and extension to he ban even
    though it said i would be unbanned 3 days ago. I don't what I did to even get banned but I'm just really mad and confused about this whole thing. I'm a cod pro player and I missed the beta for ww2 because of this and I don't want to miss the whole game.

    There's nothing anyone here can tell you as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

    100 day suspensions/extensions are issued for repeated violations of the ToU/CoC.

    Keep in mind, previous and/or repeated enforcement actions can increase the duration and severity of future enforcement actions.

    Just follow the
    Code of Conduct     to avoid further issues.

    Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    Banned players have limited access to the game based on the terms of their ban. Bans for hacking or using a modified console blocks access to all online features of the game. These types of bans are always permanent.

    Currently there is no appeal process for bans. To keep your online gameplay privileges in good standing, it’s best to immediately cease any unsociable behavior and wait out the ban.

    How long will this ban last?

    The length of bans vary on the type and number of offenses. This can be seen in the ban message that appears in game.

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.
