    Can someone from the enforcement team read this, and answer this? My account is which was communications banned from the the 12th up until the 26th of July. I was banned on the 12th, but I put a case review up, and was confirmed the next
    day to be unbanned automatically by a member named Zealot. It's been 6-7 days now and I'm still banned. I've tried 10+ Microsoft Answer Techs and I tried emailing a blocked email. So please, if you see this, Please unban me

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    Hi Fallout,

    The Enforcement Team does not frequent the forums, the only place to reach them would be through the enforcement.xbox.com website that it sounds like you've already used.

    However, if in fact they did reverse the decision upon appeal, it's unlikely you will be able to reach them there again (it's only for submitting case reviews), but also you shouldn't need to.

    On http://enforcement.xbox.com (the main page), do you see that there is any current enforcement action against your account or does it appear to all be clear?

    If there's a new action, that could be why your account is still acting as if it were banned, in which case you could try appealing that if eligible.

    If in fact it does show you as being clear of this original action, can you try removing and re-adding your profile to your console? Often this will trigger an update between profile and servers regarding ban status.

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    Banned players have limited access to the game based on the terms of their ban. Bans for hacking or using a modified console blocks access to all online features of the game. These types of bans are always permanent.

    Will you reverse my ban?

    Currently there is no appeal process for bans. To keep your online gameplay privileges in good standing, it’s best to immediately cease any unsociable behavior and wait out the ban.

    How long will this ban last?

    The length of bans vary on the type and number of offenses. This can be seen in the ban message that appears in game.

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    There are different kinds of bans an account ban and a console ban. The account ban which a communication ban is will follow your account it is not tied to the console so yes it would follow you to the One.
