Case Number: [Mod Removed]

I was banned from Xbox Live for one week as of today and would like to give my side of the story to explain why this ban is ridiculous and unjust. I assume my being banned is from me messaging two people (two separate incidences) rudely. I want to say, I did
not instigate either incidence. One of which instances was with player "[Mod Removed - Do not name and shame on the forums. See

Forum Guidelines.]," who, after I got lucky kills in a game, messaged me that all of my kills I get are pure luck and that I should **** (pretty stupid response for losing in a game). I took it lightly and decided to mess with him some instead
as I could hear him cussing in game chat being angry. In the end I told him basically that he "sucks ****" at the game - yes, I understand this is childish and immature, but the point wasn't to offend him (I'd be surprised if I did offend him saying that)
but to more show that I'm not offended at what he said nor how he was acting in game. The second instance was with player "[Mod Removed - See above.]," playing Rocket League with my brother, he was messaging via game chat calling us (not just
us but the team we played with) things such as "**** and [Mod Removed - Do not bypass the word filter. See above.]" and telling us to "**** off," then proceeded to do the same but directed at his own teammates. After the game he tried inviting
me to a party, to which I responded "what do you want [Mod Removed - Do not use slurs on the forums. See above.]." Again, this wasn't meant to offend him so much as it was to get him to just stop being so annoying and rude - which, I might
add, worked, he left the game after that.

In all, I think that the reasons for my punishment are considerably unjust. It is not right in any way to ban me for making meaningless and really un-provoking responses to what were much more vulgar and/or rude players (who, again, instigated it in the
first place).

I'd like to add, the ban is on account Longmilkjunior, not CuteToaster.

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.
