    Last night I got an email notification from the enforcement group stating that my account mention above was suspended for one day, Apparently it has to do with my name in FIFA 17 which I still don't understand why I am getting suspended for, there is nothing
    offensive about my name. OR club name Anyways I swallowed my pride went ahead and changed my clubs name but still there was nothing offensive about it, please check my history on both Xbox and the game, my player behavior is on green. I know I ve been wrongfully
    accused and my record has to cleared.

    Just because I beat someone on FIFA 17 doesn't mean that my account should be suspended because the loser did not know how to take the loss and reported me. unfair.

    PLEASE REVIEW THE CASE and respond me back under EL CHE MARIO's email account because that's my primary account

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.
