Banned

Once again i wake up to not being able to communicate with anyone, so i check my messages and there it is...the notice of enforecement. This time im not standing for it, i want someone to call me and speak to me over the phone and actually tell me word for
word what i have done. Im getting fed up of being banned because some pathetic 15 year old kid who isnt even old enough to play or buy the game im playing (elder scrolls online) has reported me and got his bubbies to for no apparent reason other than me killing
them. You seriously need to sort out your enforcement team and turn of the pathetic robot that decides to instantly ban people and actually use some HUMAN contact to investigate the situation before banning people. I want someone from Xbox to actually contact
me and explain themselves.
