    BANNED


    I have spent hundreds of dollars on Xbox games online (I don't use disks) and now recently, for whatever reason, my account has been PERMANENTLY banned and every game I've ever bought through my Xbox live account is now inaccessible to me. I'm really aggravated
    by how unfair microsoft is and I feel ripped off by the organization or whatever they call themselves.

    Can anyone tell me how I can get my games back. I don't care for the account, I just need the games that I bought from the store.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    Hello

    Unless its a console ban you can still play the games online with a new gamertag and all your games are playable offline always unless you get a new console or delete all account information off your xbox.

    I have been banned before and can still use my digital games on a new tag but when i got a new Xbox obviously i could not re-download games associated with the banned account,

    I think its disgusting Microsoft can say you forfeit all gaming rights and yadda yadda if you get banned on live and there should be some way to challenge that as the consumer has rights when purchasing items.

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    Banned players have limited access to the game based on the terms of their ban. Bans for hacking or using a modified console blocks access to all online features of the game. These types of bans are always permanent.

    Will you reverse my ban?

    Currently there is no appeal process for bans. To keep your online gameplay privileges in good standing, it’s best to immediately cease any unsociable behavior and wait out the ban.

    How long will this ban last?

    The length of bans vary on the type and number of offenses. This can be seen in the ban message that appears in game.

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.
