Banned?

Ive had a live account 8, 9 years. im not even sure, its been so long. but i kick this guy out of my neverwinter guild for cursing out a higher ranked officer. then he harrasses me for a few hours and i block him without ever threatening him or even calling
him names. then i hear later that he is trying to get me banned by offering other playrs a 100 to 150k astral diamonds to tell lies about me to xbox. i tell myself that would never work because xbox has all the texts this guy is sending out and if they do
investigate then he will get banned fot fraud since there are no negative texts coming from my account and the only texts leading anywhere are his revenge bribe texts leading to people who might have complained.yet here i sit banned, a player who has never
been banned in 9 years. as if no investigation was done at all to see if the people that complained had ever even had any contact with me. i pay you guys yearly money and have bought quite abit over the last decade but you would decide to ban me on a whim
without even looking into if this guy was a fraud and sending out over 20 texts from your own box bribing people to get me banned. playstation is sounding pretty good right now and maybe they dont take any more effort to find the truth out than xbox, but they
havent had 9 trouble free years of me being loyal to them to care. he warned me i would pay for kicking him out of my guild and i laughed it off never imagining xbox would ban me, laughed even harder when i heard he was texting people with bribes through xbox's
own text system trying to run me down, thinking only a fool would use xbox's own system to set me up. but it was that easy and then i read there is no appeal system. so even if a guy is using bad language to a woman in your guild, don't kick him because xbox
could care less about getting it right. so im on amazon this morning checking out playstations. if 9 years of loyalty doesnt warrent closer scrutiny, then i shouldnt feel loyal enough to use the same type of box.

And I was just asking ppl to report my bio in my motto and in my bio it said reset my achievements like wtf I'm bummed and I got banned on my bday 6 / 12 I got banned 4 a week and it's the 3rd time I got banned4. My bio I think Microsoft hates me

 

Banning

Bannedd for second time in two days for a service I PAY FOR!!! Will consider in future when I make choice of what to purchase.

 

You were investigated & found to of done something against the rules.

You don't just get banned for nothing or because you have had a certain amount of complaints filed against you.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account giving you the reason or you can log in here

enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo to find out the reason & ask for a case review (which is the appeal system) if the suspension is greater than 24 hours.

 

well then its funny how the email leads me to the enforcement page which says 'Congratulaions! You have a perfect record" must be talking about my driving record...No more solid way to undercut your own investigatory skills than having your own page dispute
you. Makes me feel confident that an extensive investigation was done and that the fact the guy was offering bribes to people from his own live account after swearing revenge and taunting my girlfriend that it was coming, was purely coincidence. Since I'm
sure he contacted over 20 people to make this happen, a follow up considering the common revenge factor, would be unheard of. I know what I said and how I handled it. I got tired of being put down, so I blocked him. A strange move from a guy breaking bad.

Hey there RattlyPegasus66, you have to log into the
enforcement site with the Gamertag that has been banned to be able to see your enforcement history and file a case review.

No user is banned for no reason and no one but Official XBLPET employees can ban users. That website is the only way to contact them as they no longer use the forums.

 

im not saying no reason, it was most definately a set up. its a suspension, but if its longer than 24 im just buying a playstation. ive been so close for several reasons. but i did nothing, the only foul word i used was to describe what he said in party
that got him kicked from guild. so if they want to make it a long time, it will be forever. so i wont dispute i dont care enough. i got the money and im fed up with xbox there are no longer good gatekeepers, for ubscrupulous game companies or children in
grown up bodies. if someone vengefull can set it up so easy i want no part. thanks for the suggestions though. but 9 years with no problems and im taking it now. what really went down was one of my most behaved responses yet. im already pricing them anyway.

That's entirely up to you but they have the same rules over on PSN so whatever you did to get suspended on xbox live would also get you suspended on PSN.
