    My main account is Try Hard JMoney it says i have been \ banned for theft on my Xbox until 12/31/9999 and that happened this morning, but i just got back from MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station). I just got of the phone with customer support and
    they said post hon here to get an answer. And i have proof that i was no where near my Xbox or even my house.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    From the message you are reporting that is a permanent ban. You will need to go to
    enforcement.xbox.com/home and file an appeal. No one here in the forums can assist with this. Good Luck!

    yeah and i cant file an appeal because i got banned for phishing but like i said i was doing medical things for military

    Did anyone else have access to your console? Like I said there is nothing we can do here on these forums. I will give you the phone number but it is probably going to be useless to you and they will probably refer you right back to the forums because they

    Sorry to hear it. In order to open a Case Review you'll need to log in with the affected gamertag. If you believe that something happened to your account while it was out of your possession then you'll need to contact phone support again and open an Unauthorized
    Access Ticket. They will review and send the results to the PET.

    However, even though you were sent here by phone support there is nothing anyone here can do to help you. The PET are the only ones who can answer questions regarding bans and they can only be contacted via the link posted above.

    If you are under the age of majority (18) or your gamertag is set as a child account then the parental account may need to log in to do the review.

    Just to add,reports have to be investigated which takes time so you could have been banned for something that happened possibly months ago,not when you were training.

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    Banned players have limited access to the game based on the terms of their ban. Bans for hacking or using a modified console blocks access to all online features of the game. These types of bans are always permanent.

    Currently there is no appeal process for bans. To keep your online gameplay privileges in good standing, it’s best to immediately cease any unsociable behavior and wait out the ban.

    How long will this ban last?

    The length of bans vary on the type and number of offenses. This can be seen in the ban message that appears in game.

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.
