    Hey i got banned i dont know why tho my account was recently hacked my pass was changed tho and i got my account banned but who ever hacked it got me banned?

    this is also not my account my real one is cameronraygun its just i had to use a extra one this is the email they sent me!

    • Network interference or manipulation
    • Player feedback or complaint abuse
    • Console tampering
    Your conduct was brought to the attention of the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team through either complaints filed by other Xbox Live users or in the course of our operation of the service. The Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team has reviewed the complaints
    and other evidence regarding this conduct and determined it violates the Xbox Live Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct. Because your conduct is in violation, the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team has enacted this suspension against your account.

    How this enforcement affects you

    Enforcement actions apply to both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles:

    • On the Xbox 360 console you will be shown a message in the Xbox Live Dashboard notifying you when your suspension will end, and you will not be able to sign in to Xbox Live until the suspension is complete.
    • On the Xbox One console you will be able to sign in, but some features and functionality of the console will be reduced or restricted including but not limited to the ability to participate in multiplayer games.
    Your Xbox Live privileges removed by this enforcement will be automatically reinstated at the end of your suspension period.

    Note: Customer Support is not able to modify or provide any further details about your suspension. Additionally, the duration of your suspension is subject to change without prior notice by the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team if we discover additional
    evidence of violations.

    And I was just asking ppl to report my bio in my motto and in my bio it said reset my achievements like wtf I'm bummed and I got banned on my bday 6 / 12 I got banned 4 a week and it's the 3rd time I got banned4. My bio I think Microsoft hates me

    Bannedd for second time in two days for a service I PAY FOR!!! Will consider in future when I make choice of what to purchase.

    If your account was compromised you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    In some cases, if they find that the enfraction took place while it was out of your control, the enforcement team might remove the suspension. Although yours seems to be a temporary suspension so it may be lifted before the access investigation is over.

    Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    Banned players have limited access to the game based on the terms of their ban. Bans for hacking or using a modified console blocks access to all online features of the game. These types of bans are always permanent.

    Will you reverse my ban?

    Currently there is no appeal process for bans. To keep your online gameplay privileges in good standing, it’s best to immediately cease any unsociable behavior and wait out the ban.

    How long will this ban last?

    The length of bans vary on the type and number of offenses. This can be seen in the ban message that appears in game.

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    There are different kinds of bans an account ban and a console ban. The account ban which a communication ban is will follow your account it is not tied to the console so yes it would follow you to the One.
