Xbox when an adult pays 400+ for your stupid console and then pays to play online. I expect to play online. I got banned for trash talking someone playing a M rated video game. I can’t help if they’re really a little kid maybe there parents shouldn’t let
them play games with grown people. Also i got banned a day after buying gold so I better get that refunded to me. Also how can you block someone from talking a certain way? In the US we have something called free speech and I believe I ran outlined in our
consitituitoon which placed way higher than your corporate law. Is it you’re policiy rob have your mebers pay for a service just to ban them when they excercise their right to free speech?

Even though you pay to use the service, you also agree to a set of rules in order to continue to use the service. If you violate the rules, you get punished. It would be like paying to go to Disneyland and getting kicking out for doing something bad. Freedom
of speech does not apply in this situation. Game ratings only apply to the game itself. Everything else on Live has to remain E for everyone.

their policies and rules are supposed to follow local state and federal guidelines. Preventing one of the freedom granted in our constitution is well not following that. If they wanna ban me I’m fine with that. But they can refund me for the last 9 years

I think that no matter the lobby or situation you are anticipated to uphold a certain level of "dignity" online. Yes games can get competitive and there will always be trolls but I mean in the end a game is just a game. If you're upset about being banned
for language and trash-talking then perhaps it is time to evaluate why you were acting in such a manner. It's a game, not a lobby for you to express all of your rage and frustration.

 

I act how I want. I’ve never been arrested for cussing, I’m not going to conform because Xbox wants me to. If they don’t want me playing games that I payed for they can refund me for it and I’ll go to PlayStation. I’m not gonna change myself because Xbox
wants to a safe place

 

if they ban someone for language they shouldn’t stop you from playing games you payed for. Just disable my means of communication
