Banned

You make it nearly impossible to contact you as enforcers of banning. My son was banned (I am to even sure why ) but you continue to charge me for xbox live. I contacted xbox customer service who told me to contact you. I can't contact you because his
account is banned. So as a parent I have to make a new account so I can get a refund for something he can't use And you keep billing. Answer that question please. Also why do I have to put my business on a forum and can't get individual contact. So NOT happy
with xbox right. now. Signed Concerned disgruntlal parent !
