    Hi, I have been banned! I don't have any idea what I did wrong. I decided to auction off a group of cars on Forza 4 and when I went back on to check what sold I had a notice stating I was banned until 2035. I can only assume, that since my Xbox One was
    turned on at the same time I was on my 360, I was flagged. Is that possible? I also noticed that one car had been placed under review and assumed that someone accidentally pressed the report button. I have done that time to time, completely accidental. I think
    the report button is in the wrong place. I am pretty shocked that I received the ban, and would really appreciate this being looked into. This will make me think twice about buying content for my Forza 5 on Xbox One and definitely will have to rethink pre
    ordering Forza 6. To be honest I am pretty ticked off. Thanks you for taking the time to look into this.

    And I was just asking ppl to report my bio in my motto and in my bio it said reset my achievements like wtf I'm bummed and I got banned on my bday 6 / 12 I got banned 4 a week and it's the 3rd time I got banned4. My bio I think Microsoft hates me

    Bannedd for second time in two days for a service I PAY FOR!!! Will consider in future when I make choice of what to purchase.

    The one and only way you can query a Forza ban is by emailing *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. Don't expect a reply, but if you're very lucky, you may be unbanned. (However, it's almost certain you won't be... Turn 10 do scrutinise every report and flagged account *very* carefully.
    And if you've been banned until 2035, that suggests it's either not a first offence, or it's at the serious end of their list of ban reasons, as doing something silly once normally only gets you banned for a couple of weeks.)

    The same thing happen to me a week ago. I don't get I don't mod or hack. All I did was sell some cars I made to take everything off of them. But when I wen't to work the next day and came back home. I wen't to check the auction I get a message saying your
    banned with out any reason.

    Were the designs made with the TOS of T10 in mind.... because for example... you can get banned for trying to sell a certain leaf on a car....

    Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    Banned players have limited access to the game based on the terms of their ban. Bans for hacking or using a modified console blocks access to all online features of the game. These types of bans are always permanent.

    Currently there is no appeal process for bans. To keep your online gameplay privileges in good standing, it’s best to immediately cease any unsociable behavior and wait out the ban.

    How long will this ban last?

    The length of bans vary on the type and number of offenses. This can be seen in the ban message that appears in game.

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.
