Banned

I've been trying to contact turn10 studios about getting my xbox account unbanned from certain features and I need another way to contact them besides their email. So does anybody have a phone number or a chat service that can contact their support systems?

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

emailing them is the only way. maybe they respond, but likely they won't. some people have had bans overturned, but that is not often the case. more than likely you'll just have to sit it out for however long...

 

^^^ no, it's not fake. they have means within the game to look into our profiles etc. if they feel there is no mistake on their part and the person has done something that warrants a ban they simply ignore the email instead of having to type out some explanation.
if you really want an answer then go to the official forums and make a post about your ban, they will sometimes get on there and type out exactly what you did, especially if your ban is for life as they kinda like to make examples every so often to show people
cheating or modding will not be tolerated...

if your ban is only a couple weeks then suck it up and stay clear of whatever may have gotten you punished. that's all you can do...

The email is the ONLY way. They do read each and every single one. That does not mean they will respond. The will not PM you on the forums. Turn 10 does not even look here. The only place you can find them is

It is hard to say suck it up and don't do it again when you get no explaination as to what you did in the first place

 

Well forgetting what I last said, I haven't really had to send an email to them. When I was put under review for something, I'd just wait until it ended. I still played but couldn't receive any of my credits from the storefront.
