    My account: Vs .... has been banned from playing multiplayer games online, i tried requesting a case review but it bugs out and does not work (as it is meant to bring up a setup like the text one here so i can give my side of the appeal)

    Anyway... i looked at the reason for banning my account (which is communication banned at this point so i cant really send any messages anyway) and i got banned for threatening someone online (i looked through my messages and not one message was directed
    at someone in a threatening way)

    I need assistance as i am missing double xp weekend for cod.

    Also, i was told to include this case number: 1403966930

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Posting reference numbers is not allowed on the forums so whoever told you to do that was wrong,my guess it was probably phone/chat support.They often give out the wrong info when it comes to the forums.

    Messages only stay on your account for 30 days after which they are automatically deleted so it could be for a message you sent over 30 days ago.

    Communications covers other things as well so it may not of been for a message you sent.

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is by filing for a case review if eligible on the enforcement site

    Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    Banned players have limited access to the game based on the terms of their ban. Bans for hacking or using a modified console blocks access to all online features of the game. These types of bans are always permanent.

    Currently there is no appeal process for bans. To keep your online gameplay privileges in good standing, it’s best to immediately cease any unsociable behavior and wait out the ban.

    How long will this ban last?

    The length of bans vary on the type and number of offenses. This can be seen in the ban message that appears in game.

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    There are different kinds of bans an account ban and a console ban. The account ban which a communication ban is will follow your account it is not tied to the console so yes it would follow you to the One.
