    Good afternoon.

    My Xbox One S has been banned for no reason, I would like to know the reason or unclog the ban. For that, I ask to speak with a moderator of the "enforcement" department.

    It should be noted that I have entered all accounts that are related to my xbox and has not received any message about the ban.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Call Technical Support and they have told me that i posted my problem here.

    As I say in the question, I have entered "https://enforcement.xbox.com" and I do not see anything about the ban.

    Console bans are not listed on the enforcement site because they are not eligible for a case review.

    Sorry buddy. My Xbox got banned a while ago too. But there is nothing that can be done about them (yet) rumor has it they are making a system for review of device bans.

    Trying to add a banned account to an Xbox is not possible. Nor is trying to add an account to a banned Xbox console (ie hardware ban)

    There is a chance that the Xbox is a banned one.
