Banned Xbox Account (Hacked)

Before I get started, yes I know "The only way to contact the enforcement team is through case review". I made a case review and it got upheld.

So, I was playing Need for Speed one night, on my account, "ImaPassYoAss" (It used to be SnapChip and some numbers, this hacker dude changed it) And then I got a notification saying "Bye, Alex! You've been signed in on another Xbox One" So I thought, thats
weird. I kept trying to sign back in, and I got the same thing. I gave up and the next morning I went to try again. Then, I was greeted with the message everyone loves to see: "This account is permanently suspended from Xbox Live due to inappropriate conduct
or content. To learn more about this enforcement, see your enforcement history, submit an inquiry, and review other policy and enforcement topics, visit http://enforcement.xbox.com. Customer support cannot modify or provide further details about this action.
(0x80a40021)". I submited an inquiry and was greeted with a copy paste reply; "

Greetings ImaPassYoAss, We appreciate the inquiry! The account in question was issued a permanent account suspension. The behavior that led to this decision was the misuse of the communication functions to make threats of bans and other enforcement related comments
directed at other players. Xbox Live is designed to be enjoyed by everyone, and no one should ever have to feel unsafe or threatened on the service. Every gamer should feel welcome, and that experience cannot be achieved if players are permitted to harass
and abuse others. Even if the behavior was intended simply as smack talk, when such language is used in an attempt to abuse, demean, or otherwise cause genuine offense it’s no longer smack talk, but harassment. While we appreciate your passion regarding this
enforcement, we can assure you that this suspension was not issued lightly. Suspensions are only issued following a rigorous investigation of the account’s activity and conduct confirming that a Code of Conduct violation occurred. Additionally, following the

I got hacked, I did not violate the terms of use in any way. I know that if someone I know did something, its my fault. But I just got kicked off my profile one night. I have no control over that. Admins or anything please direct an enforcement agent to
this post. I am begging you.

If an enforcer sees this: Please unban me I did not violate the terms of service. I have before but this time not, When the offence was listed, I was not signed in. Please do something. At lease lessen the ban. Anything but permanent. Thanks

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Unfortunately, if the enforcement has upheld the decision there is nothing that can be done. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

 

It appears you did not read it. "Admins or anything please direct an enforcement agent to this post". And they have a phone number.. I don't know if I'm allowed to put it but I have their number. I appreciate your help though.

 

The only OFFICIAL way to contact the enforcement team in regards to a suspension is through the case review process and if they upheld the decision on the case review there is nothing else that can be done.

Like Mistress Sara said the enforcement team does not follow these forums.
