Banned xbox 360 live gold account!

I have been a customer of xbox for about 4-6 years. I currently have 3 active gold accounts, one of the three was banned July 19th 2014 due to modding. However, my son was placed into a lobby that was already modded. I currently have three consoles in the
home; two xbox 360s and one xbox one. None which have any mods to the systems.

I have spoke with my son that he needs to leave lobbies that have been altered and not to participate in these actions, and he is now well aware of this. I have spent a lot of money on this account as this was the main account when the family pack was offered.
My credit card information is tied to this account which has been banned. I have made several purchases from this account from both xbox 360 and xbox one. I would really appreciate it if it could be lifted as soon as possible as this action was not deliberate.
I will speak to my child again to ensure he does not stay or participate in any games that have been modified again.

I hope you understand that this was an unfortunate incident that led to his being banned. I am against any form of cheating and do not tolerate it. I myself have been placed into lobbies that have been alternated, but as an adult, I leave immediately once
I realize someone has tampered with the lobby.

Accounts ?

I just did this today with my offline partners profile which was on my own Gold account (360 )

You need to use a 24hr, 2 day, 7day pass and create an xbox live account for each of them, then port them across

 

Gold on 360 and One

Hi all,

So the situation is this. My eldest had a 360 in his bedroom and younger two have one downstairs. Eldest has gold against his profile and one of my other lad has gold on his profile downstairs.

I'm buying Xbox one for Christmas to replace the 360 downstairs. I will put this against my profile and I've read that all profiles on the One can use the gold access. So far so good.

I've also read that this same live account running on the One can be used on another 360. So My question is, can my eldest son use my Xbox live gold on his 360 but against his gamer profile? I'm guessing not and to access live gold on his own profile he''ll need his own gold account?

Probably not described it very well but basically can we have just one gold account between a One and a 360 where only my eldest will use the360 with his own gamer profile.

Normally, I would tell you that you need to go over to the Enforcement forums to post this, but they will only tell you the reason for the account ban (which you already know). Your Son knew he was cheating..... Now you say it's not fair ?????

 

It maybe unfortunate for YOU... seems to me like a ban was needed.

It will NOT be lifted... Move on and follow the rules you agreed to.

 

First off, it was stated it was not intentional; so if you are going to make a comment, read the whole thread. It should be those who alter their system that should serve a permanent ban, not those who are thrown into a lobby into a modded lobby. This is
clearly not a repeated action, and should have not been banned for life.

 

Good Intentions do not make it right... Remember this is a public forum.

I know you believe things should work one way... Unfortunatly they work another way.

Maybe a bit more knowledge of what your son is doing online could have prevented this....... Either way banns are NOT lifted. Your CC is safe as it can no longer be used on that account.

I hope you understand that all bans and suspensions are final and NOT reversable. Seems your son is being held accountable for his actions.. Nothing else.
