Banned wrongly from xbox live

Hello

On past friday i had an update on my Xbox one.

Then i have popup message that tell "you can't play online cause you past action"

I don't play often online (the last time was 2 or 3 weeks ago, and i just bought Rainbow 6 siege year 2 pass and want to test new operator.

It's at this moment i had the message...try Battlefront, same message.

I didn't receive any mail from microsoft, my reputation is good, my account is not shared. And in enforcement website : clean sheet. Then i can't contact them beacause it's seems officialy i am clean !

Xbox support told me to write here.

Thank you to help me because nobody in microsoft team seems to be able to help me.

Account Suspension

Hello I have recently been banned from Xbox Live and I believe I have been wrongly banned as I have not done anything to receive my ban I have a very positive Xbox Live reputation and have never been banned before but I have been banned for one week.

Hi my account is Dinohhd and i recieved an email stating that you had identified that my console was wrongly banned, because i was banned it meant that i had to sell the banned from xbox live xbox on ebay for a small price and now youre telling me that
i was wrongly banned this meant that i had sold my old xbox and bought a new one and was out of money by quite a bit. And after all of this the best that you can give me is 1600 ms points and a three month membership!

 

You will need to log into the enforcement team website for information where you can submit a case review if the ban is eligible. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home

i log into enforcement website but all is clean like i'm not banned, so i can't submit a case review. :-(

In the chat support, the tech told it's not my login who is banned but my console...he couldn't tell why. I just know that and the end of the ban (26th of febuary).

 

Hey, Ocean! Sorry to see any frustrations. Currently, there is no way to do a Case Review for console bans. However, we have ensured that you should have received an email from the Enforcement Team. Check the email that you have associated with this gamertag,
and let us know if you see it. Be sure to check Spam folders if you have them!

If you don't see it there, get back to us so we can look into our other options.
