Banned without reasoning/proof

I was playing NBA 2K17 and loading into a park and my game got stuck. I then received a message from Xbox live saying that there were enforcement actions against my account and I was banned from communication. I logged into my profile on xbox.com and it
said that I was banned on there for 2 weeks. Even though I was banned on this account I could still play online on my other accounts. A day later I get a message on the same account I was just banned on saying that I was banned again when I was already banned
on that account and theirs no way possible I could've violated any terms on that account. Then I try playing on my other accounts and they all cannot play any multiplayer games online. I checked my profile again and it gave me another two week ban on top of

the one I previously had. Then I talk to Microsoft support which is in the screenshots below and he basically says he couldn't find a valid reason for me being banned and says that I actually had a 2 month ban when my account said it was only two weeks.
I pay for Xbox Live just like everyone else and feel like I deserve a valid reason for me being banned and an unban on all my accounts.

Nobody here on the forums, especially the moderators, have access to the tools to help you get your enforcement action reversed.

I just came back from a 4 day trip, played one night of smite and never spoke to anyone because my mic broke.

Today I find out im communications banned and I havent done anything. Lift this ridiculous ban immediately.
