Banned without reason

this post is in regards to the profile called "MrDoctorBarber". My brother has tried to appeal his case with the same message being given. No one asking us anything just punishing us for something we didn't do. About 2 months ago my brother sold his Xbox
for a ps4 and we now share one. I get it. It was his account must have been him? All I ask is that you guys compare the IP of the fraudulent mistakes and our Xbox now. We are also victims. We should not be treated like crooks.

Ps. If you wish to email us you will have to send it to my email bc he has also lost access to his email. His whole account is compromised..

Hi,

I was on my main account MLPxFluttershyx playing Call of Duty Black Ops and tearing it up when i was banned out of nowhere but I didn't do anything but **** and other players. There was nothing with communication because I was in a party chat with my friend.
any help would be appreciated since I didn't do anything wrong and would just like my account back. Thanks.

I was banned because a player reported to me, saying bad behavior, while I do nothing wrong, but when other players insult you and you report them, they have nothing at all. Xbox is becoming laptop, I want to resell my xbox for Playstation

You are held responsible for your account & anything that happens on it.

If your brother sold his console he should of removed his account & everything else from it before he sold it.

People use their accounts on other consoles,if they go to a friends house for example,so checking the ip wouldn't make a difference.

 

ok i will tell my brother to go to the link that you provided. However his account is on a perma ban so would this even help? And I understand that were all responsible for our own accounts, is this still true if you have been hacked? I understand that in
most cases an IP check would not prove anything however, in this case it would show a lot. It's not so simple as he sold his system. He moved with me to a whole other state. He doesn't know anyone here that would allow him to put his gamer profile on their
Xbox and an IP check would prove this.

If he left his profile on the console when he sold it then it wasn't hacked.

The only option is to file for a case review.

 

We've already filed for a review for the decision to be upheld. In my opinion it shouldn't be legal to take away something that was paid for without proof and explanation. If it's in Microsoft's fine print then please show me so I can enlighten others to
this.

The enforcement team have proof but are under no obligation to show it to you,something else everyone has to agree to when starting a account & you were given an explanation in the email that was sent when the ban was issued.

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's the end of it.There is nothing you can do.

As this has already been answered & verified there's nothing else to add.
