Banned without reason in my xbox one and little help from xbox

Hello, I need help from a user or person of the enforcement team because I am tired of the daily that I speak or give a publication in the forum give me this link:

By God xbox, give definitive and fast solutions to what one requires. On Monday, December 5, I enter my xbox and connect online, and suddenly I find a message that tells me that my xbox is excluded from the xbox live service.

I am too disappointed because apparently xbox took my console one bad and I veto it for this reason: Theft, of course, ROBO, I have 10 accounts in my xbox, the day eliminate the ones I no longer needed. I tell them and I mention them for one more time, those
accounts that were in my xbox are from my friends and I own my xbox one. My gt is . I need a person who is part of the enforcement team to help me and I remove the veto from my console. Please xbox, do not vet consoles without first having a reason,
you will well tell me "we vetoes because there is a reason" then give me a reason.

I'm tired of writing so many posts and receive the same answer, I do not think to buy another console since that cost me too much work to have it.

I hope to receive for the last time the support and help I want and need, do not tell me to read the code of conduct

You can't file for a case review on a console ban.

Another question is why would you have 10 of your friends accounts on your console?

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why the console was banned.

There is no way to communicate with the enforcement team except through the case review. If you have filed that then all you can do is wait.

They don't ban accounts and consoles "for no reason". You obviously have the link to the Enforcement site, but I suggest you read through the website a little more, see why they do what they do, and reflect.

It's a bummer, I know, but I won't sugarcoat it -- console bans are irreversibly permanent and Microsoft specifically does not disclose the reason why they issued it. It's a one-way, done deal. I wouldn't ever count on an Enforcement team member posting
here and magically unbanning everybody who complains on the forums.

Sorry to hear about this situation and I hope you will eventually resolve this matter. Unfortunately the Xbox Enforcement team are the only ones that handle account and console bans so that is why you keep getting links to check there. As stated on the enforcement
site - "In the event a player is still confused about an enforcement or believes it was not warranted, they may reach out to XBLPET directly through the Case Review process." This is the only action you can take in trying to get a resolution given your situation.

It's a bummer, I know, but I won't sugarcoat it -- console bans are irreversibly permanent and Microsoft specifically does not disclose the reason why they issued it. It's a one-way, done deal. I wouldn't ever count on an Enforcement team member posting
here and magically unbanning everybody who complains on the forums.

What they do not know is that I have not violated any of their written rules. I am accused of theft when I have not stolen anything, do any research with my console or profile and see that everything is in order because I am the owner of the console and
I know what I do and when I am guilty of something I admit it.

I comment that in the link that gave me I do not see the option to file a complaint and the case is only a section of the reputation of my profile xbox. I also want to say that my history is impeccable.

I don't really know what you want us to do about it. The Enforcement Team do not use the forums to address complaints of banned users, so there is technically no point to this thread.

What I want to do is to let me know the reason for my banning and request one, anything they ask me I give them. Evidence of what they need but I tell them once again that I have not violated their rules and conditions. Eh followed the code of conduct and everything.

game sharing to avoid paying for items in the store is a no no, and can be classed as market place theft which is a console ban, if your account is not banned then your lucky and would need to replace the console and you could still use your account, put
it down as an expensive lesson in adulthood and learn from it.

the main reason for being able to access content on a home console and another by logging in is for convenience, not to share to our hearts content.
