BANNED WITHOUT ANY REASON SECOND TIME ???

hello,

i got banned for the second time without any reason i didn't mod anything or something i am not a modder i checked the code of conduct an i didn't broke any rule the first time was 1 day this time is 2 WEEKS!!!

and i just bought a new xbox live gold i didn't enjoy it please can i get un suspended before my gold expired!HELP ME

http://enforcement.xbox.com the people at the forums can't assist regarding those.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to enforcement.xbox.com and click the hammer icon. From there you can open a case review with the PET.

Are their actions legal? Can an account be banned without providing any evidence? Can they arbitrarily ban any player's account, even if the player has invested a lot of money and time, without any reason?

just report any bad message the second you get it and block them. don't respond. most people who write you like that what a response, just so they can report you.

First of all thank you guys for all the help, and yes your right i shouldnt go back at him the same way i was so frustrated back then and i got my first ban for that “everythings ok no problem made a mistake and i only paid its price”

and yet again i receive another ban just in a few moments ago ??

my case is simply 1st ban 24hrs i paid its price

2nd ban another 24hrs and i didnt contact anyone ever since but 2 of my closest friends havent done anything wrong other than contacting my friends so why having another ban ?
