    Banned without a reason


    So I installed sea of thieves after staying away from the game for a couple months, and I go to click start game then it says the code Redbeard which means banned. I'm confused as to why I am banned and why I didn't get a reasoning behind the perma ban
    upon checking my email. I'm tempted to get a lawyer and see where this goes considering I got banned without reasoning then silenced when I tried to create a support request to figure out why I was banned.

    If you believe your account was somehow compromised then follow the steps
    here

    You are held responsible for your account & anything that happens on it.

    If your brother sold his console he should of removed his account & everything else from it before he sold it.

    People use their accounts on other consoles,if they go to a friends house for example,so checking the ip wouldn't make a difference.

    I'm sorry to hear your account has been temporarily suspended from the Xbox live A., I would like to let you know that Microsoft support is not capable to assist or discuss suspensions

    Depending on what you did online the enforcement team can issue a certain type of ban.
    We as users at the moment only have 1 appeal per suspension, if this appeal is denied unfortunately is not possible to get a new one
