Banned with no explanation

so my profile for banned for a week this morning. My account says something about cheating but there are no specifics. I do not cheat, I've NEVER used any kind of mods. No clue what the reason for this is so i called support, they said they can't tell
me why this happened and they have no way of contacting the enforcement agency. All I can do is submit a request for a review and wait to see if they contact me or not... they told me I do have the right to know why this happened. I've read elsewhere I
do not. I cannot for even a second fathom why Microsoft would have a department that cannot be contacted. I know they already have my money, I guess they feel like you can treat me however they want and it doesn't matter. There are a million other people
on xbox. This Is unacceptable to me. A week isn't a big deal but I worry that they can take away my account and licenses whenever they want without even explaining why. I will not stay a customer of a business with this model. Please if someone from Microsoft
reads this can i get some answers.

If you read through the link that Sonic posted about console bans, you will see that there is more than just modifications that will result in a console ban. In short:

Consoles can be suspended from Xbox LIVE for a number of reasons including, but not limited to:

• Console tampering: Physically opening the Xbox and modifying it to play illegitimate software.
  
• Online fraud: Attempting to social engineer users, take over Xbox LIVE accounts, or other fraudulent activities.
  
• Repeat egregious violations: Multiple actions taken on accounts on the console by the Enforcement team for disrupting the service or impacting users.
  

I'm sure it isn't a consolation in anyway, but it is the only documentation available.

They have been banning people for no reason. Its all over youtube, and the facebook xbox discussion. Kids such as myself, have offered to send in there xbox and they refused. I have a factory sealed xbox, with no modifications. I also purchased it BRAND

and the response I was given in my review was completely generic and offered not a single piece of specific information. So I guess I don't have any right to know what I'm accused of. I mean i paid money for this... I've been a customer with Microsoft
for a long time. I've had this profile since a little after the 360 was originally released. I've never been banned before. If I don't get a legitimate response for this I will not renew my subscription, I will not purchase new games. I won't participate
in this. It is completely nonsensical. This department seems to be beyond reproach. I was told I could get a hold of someone on here who could help. So if you are that someone please contact me. I will call Microsoft support tomorrow but my fingers are
not crossed.

 

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and no one here can help you with a suspension issue.

The site you've listed has no helpful information or uses. They gave me one chance to contact them and they answered me with a generic response copied out of the code of conduct. This Is not good business. It's kind of a joke really. Microsoft is letting
go of a very loyal customer at this point.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. No other form of support will have any information regarding your suspension. Per the terms you agreed to, they are not obligated to give specific details.
