Banned while on a 2 month holiday

hello my gt is ezg Adapt.

i am currently on holiday for 2 months and i just got my account perma banned without even being on my console for 2 months

i spoke to a lady of support and she told me someone else hacked my account and was using it

is there a way that you can unban my account please

I was banned twice for no reason my account and my console

Hi, my account was banned on June 7th to be precise, I still do not know why but until then I could at least play online but not speak nor send message until June 21st. Then the next day I still received a message but this is my console that
was banned, I called Xbox technical support the person told me that my console is banned until August 8: o !! While I have not done anything for my console to be banned. I am on holiday and I would like to enjoy playing these 3 months of holiday .. Thank you
for your reply, I do not hope to remove the 2 banishment but at least the banishment of the console because I did nothing.

I have been on holiday and whilst I have been on holiday I let my friend go my Xbox and I have come back to being communication banned and online banned I can't play no online games I don't know what my friend has done on my account but I'm not to happy
and if he has done anything wrong I am sorry for that but that wasn't to me

No one from the enforcement team monitors these forums and no one in the forums can do anything to assist in this situation.

 

So the lady at support told you your account was hacked & didn't open an unauthorised access case ? lol

You would of been banned for something you did before you went on holiday anyway.Bans aren't instant,they need to be investigated first which takes time.
