Banned while away on my Xbox?

A few days ago, my Xbox Live account was suspended until the 20th of this month supposedly. I would accept a penalty if I ever did something wrong, but I know I didn’t and couldn’t have! I was legitimately in class while it supposedly “happened” and got
a message on my Xbox App on my phone. There is no possible way this could’ve even happened and i don’t even know how I could’ve cheated/gotten banned because I don’t do things that would provoke this suspension. Please have this looked at, my game tag is

Banned when not home

my child banned from account when away at 4H activity. Time of banning occurred while away. How and why did this happen during no play?

Was my account hacked?

My account got banned for communications when I was at work earlier today, so I added a pass key to it, in case my little brother got on my account while I was away at work

Do you game share? If you do then your account is located on someone else console and they can access it and use it, I've heard of this happening and the primary user gets a ban. Plus per the code you are responsible for everything that happens with your
account whether it your or not
