banned when it should not have been

I was banned for a stupid reason again, a player on my team took the most important class on the team and decided to troll, so I sent a message to him asking him to help the team so he started using messages and emotes in the game to provoke me and he
purposely attracted enemies to my location and let me die, so I sent a message, which is not even an offense that refers to no one but a form of expression and because of the word I was banished. The last time I was banned was because I called an idiot player
for calling me, just because I had won him, and when I went to complain about the reason for this ban I did not receive any response because the employee with whom I was talking simply He left the conversation. So you could at least reduce my banishment because
1 month of banishment for using a form of expression is ridiculous.

Nothing can be done over the forums, Your only option is opening a case review as Onyx mentioned. But that can take a few weeks before you hear back from them. Keep in mind that the minute you reply to someone "trolling" you or bothering you. Makes it
so you're both eligible for a ban. All you're supposed to do is report, block and let enforcement handle it from there.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement issues. You would have been sent a message to the email associated with your account that gives more info on the suspension though.

You can also log in to
https://enforcement.xbox.com and click on the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a case review with the PET if available.

Please note that a case review is only available for suspensions longer than 24 hours and the PET can take up to 48 hours to respond.

It doesn't matter how a situation start. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished.

There is no set ban period, it should tell you how long you have been banned for when you log in with the banned account.

I should been unbanned yesterday & on here it says I have, yet when I go on my xbox one I'm still banned. Why am I still banned when it should of ended?
