    my son was banned for killing another player in a game that was meant to kill other players now he cant talk to or send messages to his friends what do i do .. who do i talk to .. how long will he be banned and how do i find that information out

    console will be fine unless you had multiple enforcement taken against you on it or modded it. just make sure you remove all your info and accounts from the hard drive or internal memory or flash drive (if it is on one) before you sell it.

    If you have automatic renewal on then that should be cancelled automatically. To make sure though phone support and get them to turn off automatic renewal and then remove the payment options.
