Banned until ?

Dear enforcement team,

First of all even if it's not gona help my case(you'll see i master that point), but i cant keep it shut... (probably what bring me here first hand...) but whatever the enforcement site is so aweful i was close to loose my sanity.

The orange hammer kept sending me back to the homepage and when finally i get it to work there was no review case button as said in the faq.

The ban description is not complete (i mean.. my account is quite old i have never been banned OR warned, i'd hope a clear descrpition if you terminate my account or am i too old school and this lack of interest in customer is normal?! ) and i might be wrong
doing this in public but i couldnt find any other way (working at least).

That beeing said, i'd like to come back to my main consern, i have been banned, probably because of beeing rude with an other adult, in a online game, i met the guy online before, and all went well, i spoke to him because he was the first real opponent i
had (im quite op in crossout race mode.. that guy was close the whole race that time) then few days after we met again, i felt happy seeing im on the "lobby/loading screen" and early race he went unfair and force me to crash... i told him he was a erm.. hooker
( in french, we both french talking) and invited him to a group to let him explain, but went mad and rude at me cuz.. he's insecure and couldnt handle the fact what he did was stupid... and i suppose reported me.

I did talk to a few other people during the years as an xbox CUSTOMER(like my lil bro, and a few friends that were on other brand until I said something rude on their controllers xD) and sometimes when you meet people it goes bad they might fill up a case
against you. But when you meet someone you play years with, they wont fill a case for you so basically speaking to people is bad for your account. That's my conclusion of this story.

So the ban is about harassement and rudness. Am I rude? depend of your **** standards i mean...

Ii'm french talking and might be swearing more than someone of an other country/social rank/religion but i'm not harrassing, stalking or trying to meet 11yo kids... i just told an other grown man what i though of his poor act.

I call this ban unfair and wrong, even not knowing the lenght of it, if you meet 50.000 people there will be people you cant agree with by the years i met a lot of people but a few people in a free game can rip your account those days it seems.

The way i understand it? Full time ban so let le ask,

What now? do you expect me to make an other account buy all the games i have on this account on a fresh one? Are you guys working for playstation or what?

And by those days of media madness it will only be a drop in the ocean but think about it ? That black box would become useless right? So a youtube vid of it beeing destroyed while i'm explaining "mah story" to help me pay a PS4 would be the only logical
thing to do? Why ban without warn, why ban for chat? i mean i'm too rude for your standards? fine, mute me for some times but ban mean taking my well earned money that i put in games on the market and there is no way i accept that without doing all i might
do.

Hey, i'm not sure if i'm in the right place for the subject.... but I was playing mw3 yesterday and a message popped up saying i was banned until 12/31/9999, i still haven't received the email for the reason i was banned, i was wondering if you could tell
me or send the email to my windows live ID, Thanks

but no where i can see a date of end of this? no way to talk to those judge dredd of enforcement team?

i did check the rules on that broken website i did all that now what? are you a support ? if not can someone give me a freaking link to a direct mail / chat or whatever forum support for that case? !

omg microsoft there should be a one hit link on your account page for those case wtf is going wrong here i must go through all that **** because of stupid people i swear i wont answer or speak to anyone ever if i manage to get my account back.
